Library cards are FREE and are only required to check out materials.  To obtain a library card, bring in your photo ID and proof of San Jacinto County residency (utility bill, etc).  You may complete the application prior to visiting the library at the link below.

The Coldspring Area Public Library is a Voter Registration Agency for the state, and as such, we can provide voter registration forms, as well as some assistance in completing those forms.  We are also required to deliver those completed forms to the Voter Registrar in this county, if requested.
